I'm struggling recently and I've found that quotes can give me a real boost. What are your favourites?

Here are a few of my most recent pick-me-ups:

You can't cross the ocean unless you lose sight of the shore

If you can dream it you can do it

The mind is everything - what you think you become

Everything you ever wanted is on the other side of fear

Every new day is another chance to turn it all around

When one door of happiness closes another opens but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us

It's never too late to become what you might have been

When everything seems to be going against you remember the aeroplane takes off against the wind not with it

Try looking up the Invictus poem online. It's really good for that and famous for keeping nelson mandela going during his incarceration Smile

One that has kept me going

"When you feel that you have reached the end and that you cannot go one step further, when life seems to be drained of all purpose: What a wonderful opportunity to start all over again, to turn over a new page."

by Eileen Caddy

"And in the end, all will be well. If all is not well it is not the end."

This may seem flippant but I think it can also be very deep

Even though I'm not religious, I really don't think you can beat this oldie..

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, change the things I can and to have the wisdom to know the difference".
