We have a 9 week old pup, I called the breeder to give her an update on how pup was settling in, she has a single pup remaining.

She has offered us the pup, as she really likes us and knows pup will have a good home and all the appropriate care, and agrred to let us pay in 3rd as we dont have the full amount at once ( can i just state long term care is not a problem financially, both dogs will have all innoculations and full health insurance)

But Im just wondering if they will get along,

They have been apart a week and a half. Will they remember each other?

No reason not to if that is what you want and your budgets/time can cater for two dogs.

I'm sure they'll be fine. Won't they remember each other's smell/scent?

Don't do it! If you want two dogs it is far far better to get another further down the line, two puppies brought up together will bond to each other like glue and very little to you or other members of you family, it really isn't usually a good idea.

They will be harder to train/control two pupppies can get up to unbelievable anounts of mischief, and once they reach maturity being sisters they will be so close in social status you could have real issues with dominance.

I am reaaly surprised your breeder has offered this, a lot of breeders will not home two puppies together for this reason ie they tend to end up getting one or both back.

This might be of interest if you do decide to go ahead (or may be enough to put you off).
