Update on pub with poorly tummy.

For those that havn't seen my other thread (just a quick run down), got rescue pup 5 weeks ago at 8 weeks old, was told he had a touch of colitis but it would clear, problems continued and we have been in and out of the vets and tried various treatments and foods but he's still passing blood.

Went back to the vets today, pup was weighed and seemed ok (still a bit skinny), vet set it might be a type of parasite/worm and gave me two different treatments, if no change in a week he has to go back and will have to have tests (stool and blood tests) which will cost me a small fortune. So not really any closer to finding out what's wrong, just need to rule out parasites and go from there.

Anyone get any experience of dogs passing blood? And what did it turn out to be?
