It reminded me of two teachers

One of my primary school teachers who had a MSc, and used to take us for walks and talk to us about how to propogate rhodedendrons, what the birds were (identifying them)

My other primary teacher (different school) could play every instrument you could find, drove a clapped out landrover, and would stop the class to show us how to make magic squares. Or to sing (it was a cathedral school). And he played Lord Of the Rings to us which he had recorded from the radio.
