What irritations are there in other languages?

I could of posted this yesterday but chose not to. I'd like pacific examples of what native speakers in other languages say or write that winds up other native speakers.
All the stuff in the above paragraph, plus the petty irritations that inspire threads on mn!

TBH what irritates me most is when English is imported into the languages I work in. For some technical terms it is OK but not for words like bull shit. There are many satisfying ways of expressing that particular sentiment in other languages.

Also, bull shit said in a French accent just sounds silly.

I'm bilingual (English/German) and admit to pedantry in any language I know reasonably well. Nothing quite compares to 'Stati's', however. because ...

• The plural of 'Status' (same meaning as in English) is 'Status', not 'Stati'. It's a -u declension, dear, not an -o declension.
  
• Even if 'Stati' were correct: it'd still be ony 'Stati' rather than 'Statis'; you really only pluralise a word once, cupcake.
  
• Finally: An apostrophe doth not an effing plural make!
  

Yes, he's done it many, many times, in spite of being told on multiple occasions. And, yes, I do hate him (though other factors admittedly play a part in that)!

In Dutch an apostrophe is used in plurals. Not all the time, only words that end with a vowel (or a y).

When I hear mutterings around me from Dutch pedants complaining that some idiot has forgotten the apostrophe in radio's it just about fries my circuits.

And obviously I've had my fair share of tuts from those who quite rightly feel that I should spell appel correctly. (No, that's not a typo :) )

There's pedants everywhere. It's great sport (and a fun, humbling experience to be the target!)
