Not 'clicky' ! Why on earth would it be clicky? How does anyone make this mistake?

A few random Americans might say click.

Yes you can pronounce it clicky if you want but why type something which makes you look so dense?

What I meant was, some people say "click" so they assume you spell it like that too, maybe?

I'm with you, OP. Only recently I read through more than 20 pages in a thread because the OP had written 'clicky' and I felt compelled to correct; not without RTFT, of course. Some fucker had corrected on the penultimate page. No one comiserated when I mentioned it or even congratulated me on my impeccable thread manners. It's annoying how underappreciated pedantry is.
