Apostrophe Help - Getting Confused!

Which two are correct (I think the former is?):

Manager's Responsibilities
Employee's Responsibilities

or

Managers' Responsibilities
Employees' Responsibilities

Thank you. I am getting confused I think because as responsibilities is plural.

how many managers? how many employees?
if only one, it's -er's
if more than one -ers'
it has nothing to do with responsibilities

The reference us to more than one manager, so I guess that makes it the latter.
