..in friend's facebook statuses.

"past away" instead of "passed away"
"except" instead of "accept"
"his" instead of "he's"
"effects" instead of "affects"

and the age old confusions between "should of" and "should have", not to mention they're/their/there.

Aaarggghhhh!

These people had schooling. Why is it SO difficult?
Before anyone mentions dyslexia or other learning problems, I have friends with dyslexia, aspergers and autism. None of them make these mistakes because they check before they post.

I repeat, Aaarggghhhh!

I think you mean friends'
But I have to say I really don't care about this stuff on FB or MN or whatever. I do care when it's published though

Oops! But at least the misplaced apostrophe was a minor error.

I know in the whole scheme of things it is unimportant but it seems to be very lax.

The one that annoys me most is 'been' instead of 'being'.

I have had to hide certain friends because I just want to correct everything they say Blush

I loved the sign I saw today in a cafe that said "Juice and Crisp's only £1.25"

Maybe that's why it's so cheap - it's juice and then one crisp? :o
