Ah thankyou . Having a lovely day so far thanks. DDs had me awake at 6.30am, really really excited wanting to give me my pressies. DH is going round with a hangover today. I drove out last night so I feel fine. I've made girls breakfast and myself while DH is walking around groaning. He has got off his bum though and taken dd2 to ballet and taken dd1 with him as well. I'm just about to jump into the shower and spend a good hour pampering myself. Not sure what else we have planned as yet - maybe going out for a meal with DH tonight but we shall see how he feels. LOL!

I know! Been trying to sort out the bl**dy tv etc for hours groan!

I got the freeview and dvd working, the video playing but not recording and ok reception on other tv's. But yesterday, one of the nursery nurses mum's BF came round to 'help' which was very sweet but managed to undo everything. It was quite funny but I spent last night trying to get it back. Have resorted to phoning an engineer cos i'm fed up but if I can sort it before lunchtime I can cancel. It was sweet of them to come round as i've never met them. He said, well you did quite well but you got it a bit worng pmsl. Think he thought I must be a helpless woman grrrr.

Better go and sort it!

That's kind, i'm hoping I can sort it, I did quite well to start with. I've managed to get freeview again, the video and dvd to play and video to record have poor reception on video and no reception on other tv's. I should have stuck to sky lol.

Maybe with a bit more tweaking I might manage it before lunch.

cancelled the tv man but his wife forgot to tell him so he turned up anyway. I need an amplifier apparently which i'm off to get from Argos and then it should be fine. £10 and 1/2 hour later but at least it's sorted..almost.

Hello. I had a lovely shop thanks. I came home and dh and dds had made some party food for me - my diet has well and truely gone out the window this weekend. Ah well - back to it tomorrow.
Still not sure where we are going this evening - Greg has been hungover all day and looks like he needs an early night. So wherever we go we won't be out long.

yeah sod the diet. I've been bad since Thursday, well all the time really but had another pizza last night . Not had tea yet and don't know what to have, hmmm.

tv seems ok but can't get channel 4 on other tv's not tried video yet either ho hum.

We ended up going for a walk along Poole Quay. It was a lovely evening - it was nice to be just the two of us for a couple of hours. We actually held hands and chatted - can't remember the last time we did that!
We had one drink in a pub - I had a nice Pimms and Lemonade and then stopped off for an Indian takeaway on the way home. We shared a dish though so didn't eat as much as I could have done.
