If your child is invited to a party but you can't make it, should you sent a gift? Or a card? I am never sure, especially say if it's for another child in the class.

Just interested what people think? Thanks.

A card and something small eg box of maltesers would be a nice gesture. I guess it depends what stage your child is at and how many invitations they are getting.

I wouldn't do a present or card if it was just an acquaintance but I would if it was a close friend.
