Ideas for presents for a 2 year old (DS2 of two boys)

What do you buy a second boy who's about to turn 2, and between him and his brother seem to have everything they could ever need? He's not really into craft stuff (DD1 is fanatical about it) or playdoh, loves puzzles (but we have tons of them) and remote control vehicals (again shelf-loads!)
To give you a bit more info about him, unfortunately for us, he's into anything electrical - cables, preferably with a plug attached to it, to coil, uncoil, plug into radiators(?) and given half a chance plug into an electrical socket, are a great source of entertainment, so any toy ideas which turn this rather dangerous obsession into something a bit more safe would be greatly appreciated - I am at a loss.

we have a workbench with tools, but not a tool box - might be able to fidn an old one of his dad's to do up for him. In fact his older brother would enjoy decorating it for him! Thanks for the tip
Any other ideas anyone?

How about role play stuff? Hoover etc. Sounds like he likes to copy what he sees adults doing.

I got a cheap adult tool box for DS from Wilkinson's - yellow and black.

Books.
