If I collect sandwich platters from M&S on Saturday, how can I store them to keep them fresh until Sunday afternoon? There definitely won't be enough room in the fridge. Would a car boot be ok or would that be too cold in this weather? This is assuming that they can be kept fresh somehow, unfortunately they don't have Sunday collection as an option.
