Do your wrinkly tums and / stretch marks get 'worse' after the 2nd one?

And if you were lucky enough to come away from pregnancy unblemished, i don't want to know thank you!

not really.

just gets a bit harder to get back into shape afterwards.

yes they did.

ds1+2 give me vertical strecth marks, ds3 gave me horizontal ones.
DS4 didn't give me any new ones but made the old ones a little wider but they have stayed silvery.
All mostly below my belly button though.

I'm a bit odd though because I quite like them, I'm not bothered my them at all.

No, but I've got varicose veins that only appeared with the second pregnancy.

i've got more of a wrinkly tum than stretch marks- just a few on my hips, and i don't mind them. Found out yesterday i'm expecting baby No2, but still had 7lbs to go before i was pre-baby weight.

DP reckons it won't make a difference because i'm already a bit stretched after DS

Well I have not stretch marks but a wrinkly tum, which I don't think got much worse. But I am finding it harder to beat the flab but think part of that is my age.

Dh has pointed out that they're showing while on the beach a few times, he says he's just thinking of me when he tells me!!!

I don't think he's especially find of them tbh

I had stretch marks after 1st pregnancy but they git no worse with the second one - no noticable difference really apart from my boobs being a bit more saggy - but that could be the passage of time rather than 2nd baby.

Congrat.s DG - no second one didn't make them any worse, third one did though!!

yes they did.
snapped right back after no.1 asnd had one tiny stretchmark,
loads more stretchmarks with no.2 but reasonably flat tum
no.3 - all gone to pot!

mamalocco: am thinking about adopting the 3rd one anyway!

Ladytopham: really? I think my DP had a little period of adjustment, because my body looked a bit different, but he says he can't not like my tummy, because DS made it.

none with no1 - but she was ditty, lots with no2 who was on the large side, no difference on terms of no2 and no3 who looks like being on the big side as well.

They did after no 3. And you don't want to know what has happened to my boobs...

No.1 I had a few very tiny ones in my pubic hair region. dd was only 7lb 5oz
No.2 was 9lb 14oz and I watched in horror as the stretchmarks expanded to about an inch above my belly button - really big, wide, violent ones.
Belly went back pretty well though.
No.3 8lb 4oz stretchmarks got no worse, belly went back ok after too.
No.4 9lb 4oz belly still quite good flab wise.
No.5 9lb 1oz - have a bit of a tummy but no overhang and looks ok if I watch my diet.

Only get really conscious of my belly when I sit down as it rolls up. So I make sure I stand up as much as possible to flatten it out

Definitely got worse obv with stretchmarks after no.2 but that was because he was huge and I put tons of weight on.

More stretch marks with no. 2 and I have more of the delightful crepe paper effect round my tummy button (I've lost a reasonable amount of weight after having my no.2)
