Does anyone know where to get one of those things that goes round your child's head when you are washing their hair and stops the water going in their eyes?

I got one from Woolies, but be warned, my DD is so anti hairwashing that she won't even out it on, total waste of money! Actually, you can have it if you want

some of the visors don't work. dd wouldn't even wear hers. i saw somewhere that a mother had let her child pick a mobile that they liked (a cardboard or wooden jobbie, not one of those musical ones) and attached it to the bathroom ceiling. the d=child then had soemthing to look at when their mother needed to wash their hair. apparently it worked like a charm for keeping the suds out of their eyes. hth

Hub2Dee started a thread about these the other day; try a search. We use a well positioned shaving mirror to keep ds1 looking up.

Ds wouldn't let the one I bought near him, even when it wasn't bath time. I bought it from Mothercare though!!

Mobile sounds like a great idea - wish I'd thought of that a year ago!!
