I've just actually realised that arranging my 3 yr old daughters birthday party is waaaaaaay more hassle than its worth.
She's only 3, and yet we have a: street magician, balloon artist, maths ponies and fireworks. Joking. Lol!
But we still have over a dozen toddlers, maybe 4 of which she actively likes (all girls, but I've read about that its perfectly natural for this age). Anyway, the mother of our daughter has been on a massive stress festival over this whole thing. I've actually had to make egg mayonnaise for the sandwiches.
I adore egg mayonnaise sandwiches, but only when it's made by someone else, but without the bits of shell in the mix. The sandwiches you buy in petrol stations are usually the worst: if a brand uses flowery adjectives when trying to sell sandwiches in a petrol station, you know somethings wrong. Actually, I love anything that's made with care and love for me to eat, as I seriously love good food. Shitty petrol station sandwiches are just cynical expensive shit. Buy a baguette, salty butter and a jar of Nutella.
tl;dr
Toddlers parties as a whole are a thing more about the parents insecurities. And don't buy shitty expensive sandwiches, make your own egg mayonnaise.
