hi, just wanted to tell someone something that happened today. my sister is 17 and she stayed at her boyfriend's house last night. hes a little older and has a child about 2.5 (not with my sister). they have only been seeing each other for a few months but its all very hush hush as he didn't want to upset the mother yo his child.. so he was driving her to work today from his house, and they noticed two cars following them - his ex and her 3 sisters and mum and child. he quickly realised they were following them and tried to loose them. after a bit he thought they lost them so drove my sister the rest of the way. while they were saying goodbye to each other in the car, they saw his ex (23) her 3 sisters (27, 25, 19) and her mum (48) coming towards the car. they dragged my little sister out by her hair and all of them started punching/kicking/smashing her head into the car, that sort of thing. this was midday in her work carpark (McDonald - busy one with a drive thru going thru it) with the 2.5 year old child in the back of one of the cars. she us ok just shaken up and bruised. I cant believe 5 grown women would do something like this to a child! (well 17 but still). I feel so bad as her big sister and wish I could have done something to help her at the time. angers me that they will most likely only get a caution of some sort. just wanted to get my thoughts out there. Just breaking my heart thinking about how scared she would have been and how there was so many people and noone did anything to help her! ):

That's horrible, so sorry.

They may well get more than a caution if your sister and boyfriend are prepared to testify in court, there was probably CCTV too. Has your sister felt up to reporting?

yeah she has reported it, was all on cctv. people just get away with anything these days, like a person down the road from me stabbed someone 7 times and got a street caution. makes me so angry that they will probably get away with it

That's shocking!!! I'm not surprised youre angry, I would be too! Did her bf do anything? Try to stop it or anything.

I also feel sorry for the 2.5yo. To have a mother, aunties and grandmother that would introduce her to that kind of violence. Poor kid x

I'm very angry about them having the child there, so out of order. her bf tried to get out the car and help but obviously couldn't do much. she hasn't heard from police since it was reported. they have been messaging her on Facebook trying to find out where she lives which is quite scary. she's blocked all of them but I don't think they'll give up

She should report all the messages etc to the police aswell. They may work a bit faster if they realise its an ongoing issue x
