Hellooo,

Hope somebody can help! DH has d decided that he would very much like a Chinese takeaway for dinner this evening.

I am watching the calories and wondered what the lowest cal Chinese meal was. Im not a fan of the watery soups but like pretty much everything else.

Any thoughts? xxx Smile

Ribs with the sauce scraped off, and boiled rice?

Steamed dumplings?

Can you not have a night off this once and just eat Chinese stuff that tastes good but gloopy? Or tell DH that he can't have a Chinese - is it his birthday or just because he fancies it?

Thanks Babylon xxx

Not a bad idea scraping the sauce off, bet thats where most of the cals lie. Although I dunno if I could be trusted, id probably end up dipping some prawn crackers in it! Smile

Nooo, it's not his birthday. We usually have curry night on a Friday from the take away. When im dieting im pretty good and just have chicken tikka no sauce and salad. We missed curry night so DH has decided we will have a treat tonight but I wasn't so sure about low cal Chinese options.

I suppose I could have a night off but im in the zone at the moment and im the sort of person that one naughty meal will lead to a naughty week.

Thank u for your reply. Smile x
