Hi,

My daughter is 2.5 and since she was 8 months I have looked after my niece (who is only 3.5 months older) Monday-Friday 7-7. Today my sister finished work to start her maternity leave for baby number 2. It's great and I'm sure we will see them loads but I'm just a bit worried about my daughter being lonely or pining.
Both girls are very advanced with their speech and so play very involved imaginary games and are constantly chatting. They seem to enjoy only playing with each other as they are on the same level.
I'm just after some advice as to how to deal with this new change with my daughter. TIA xx

time for your DD to learn how to enjoy the company of a wider circle of friends. Does she go to play group/nursery? If not then maybe she could start going.
