Are there enough nurseries in hitchin?

I would like to set up a good quality nursery in hitchin, we are currently in london but relocating near hitchin and wanted to know how much provision there is already? If any locals have any thoughts on this or what the issues are in this area let me know many thanks

Some of my Hitchin NCT friends have had their babies names down for nurseries in a hitchin before they were born!!!! Yes so I feel a new nursery without such silly rules would be well received in the area!
