Hi!

I'm a first time mum to a beautiful little girl. We are looking to put her into nursery soon as my maternity leave is nearly over. We have looked at lots of nurseries as the thought of leaving her is very daunting for us and we want to find the right setting for our daughter.

We went to see Zeeba and the new Treehouse amongst many and it was between those two, however, after speaking to one mother she kept putting down any nursery I had a good feeling about. She said we shouldn't even think about Treehouse and when I suggested Zeeba she pulled a face and said 'urghhh'. Apparently the place to go is 'Little Bears', which is a lot more expensive.

This has really upset me as we were feeling positive about our choices and now I am doubting everything! Does anyone have any advice or other experiences? I understand it is completely subjective but I would really appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you so much in advance.

Hi, I?m a first time mum. My little boy goes to the new Treehouse in Wanstead. Before I made my decision where to place my child, I visited the new Little Bears nursery in Wanstead and the new Treehouse nursery also in Wanstead. I have to say that the new Treehouse is so much more sophisticated, loving and caring for children. You can?t compare the two. My little boy is so happy there. I recommend Treehouse to any mum. 100%. The manager who runs it is an ex-OFSTED inspector. Before you make any decision, I recommend you view the place.
Good luck in the choice you make.

Hi, It is difficult to make a decision but I hope this helps. Everyone always has an opinion. I say go with your gut feeling as you know your child better than anyone. Anyway here is my experience of Treehouse over the past 7 years.
I have sent both my children to Treehouse and have always been very happy with the staff and the overall service they provide. What I really like is that they are always looking to improve and have done some fab improvements over the years. They have an amazing garden area, my daughter never wants to leave and has on occasion asked me to come back later, not so good for the old ego but at least I know she is happy. They also have an array of animals and a full inside soft play area. No wonder my child never wants to leave. The girls are really lovely and very loving and yes there has been some staff turnover but the new staff that have come in over the past year or so are fab. It is also worth noting that in the last year they have employed 3 ex Ofsted inspectors to run the two nursery's and one to oversee. I have also always been blown away by the owners, Paul and Maria, they make you feel part of their family and they really do care about the children. My girls are always using Poor Paul as a climbing frame. We looked at many nursery's before agreeing on this one and I am glad we did. They also offer an after school service which my older daughter goes to and she is always coming home with crafts that she has made or singing songs and performing dance routines she has learnt. Hope this helps. Happy to answer more questions if that helps.

Hi, I wanted a nursery placement for my two girls. I considered Little Bears Nursery in Wanstead. Initially I went to see the place. On appearance the nursery looked like a lovely and inviting place. I later did some research and was shocked to discover that the building Little Bears nursery is situate in was an ABORTION CLINIC!!!!! The place where the unborn child was preemptively murdered. It is the same venue that now looks after children! Immediately the nursery became horrendously unattractive. Shivers run down my spine.

It is morally repugnant to place little children in a nursery which was once an abortion clinic. It is the same place where younger children were killed off prenatally when the premises operated as a clinic for the termination of pregnancies. The resonance is shocking and the Feng shui from such a place is certainly negative. The karmic spill over effect will always attract negative energy. I don’t want to leave my kids in such a place. I wonder how they live with themselves morally and ethically in taking money from mums to look after their children inside the same premises that exchanged money to terminate children. Very distasteful stuff.

It's london, there are too many people and not enough space. Get over it. Where you live might have been a graveyard a thousand years ago. Space gets recycled all the time. If you're going to live your life like that you'll never leave the house !

Treehouse has high turnover of staff and most of them are very young so move around quickly. Also higher management are very good but on the floor it's different with no sound room leadership. They also started having two inset days a year for staff training but yet see the improvement.
