My DD 16 months, has been going to nursery two days a week for 3 weeks. For this time she has been knock down twice, hurting her head and back ( when she has been left outside under two years old area, as nursery is open plan), she is not eating at all and staff doesn't seems to be bothered or try to encourage her. Last time I went to pick her up she was very miserable and when at home I discovered she was wearing the nappie I put her in in the morning ( it has a tear at front and was a different brand to the ones I leave there for her) and was almost dry, which means that she hasn't have even a drink all day, despite not eating. Her temperate was 39.6C and no one noticed.:'( As I asked as every time how was she, I had the usual answer : ' She was fine, just fine, played a lot, very happy' which obviously is not true and I have been told two different scenarios about how she injured herself. I am very concerned about her well-being and safety, it is obvious staff are lying. Spoke to manager

Report to OFSTED and leave. I'm pro nurseries but that one is utter shit. Sorry I do know it's a nightmare but your DD is miserable and neglected there it would appear. Good luck.

Take her out now. There is no point having her somewhere that you can't trust. Do you have any back up childcare plans or someone who can come to look after her while you find an alternative?
