How do you make someone a "mix tape" these days?

I used to enjoy recording tracks from my record & tape collection and giving the resulting mix tapes as presents. Two really good friends of mine are getting married to each other in August and I'd love to give them a CD of songs which reflect our friendship. I have a great list of tracks to include, but have no idea how to go about it in our digital age.

I'd do it by creating a playlist in iTunes and then burning the playlist to Cd.

We tend to put tracks onto a memory stick.

I also put them onto iTunes and burn it. You buy multi packs of blank CDs really cheaply in supermarkets.

Thanks all. I have an iTunes account as well as Spotify, but wasn't aware they allowed you to burn tracks. I'll have a go with both CDs and memory stick and see which works best for me.

I'm 53 Troy, thanks for asking Smile

Grin JonSnowsPout have you still got it?

Just remembered why it would have to be on a CD - so they could play it in the car.

I like that retro gift idea as well though, ThursdayLast, thanks. I think they'd appreciate that packaging and the time and attention to detail. Sooo excited! Think it's because it's the first time one of my good friends has married another of my good friends.
