Please take a couple of minutes to complete this quick survey for Sainsbury's all about buying school uniform.

It's aimed at folks with a child - who wears school uniform - and who is in primary school. We know not all areas have "primary school" (nothing is simple!) but the survey is open to all with a child at school (who wears uniform) up to and including year 6 in England and Wales, year 7 in Northern Ireland and P7 in Scotland (this includes those who have just left) - ie roughly age 11. If your child is yet to start school then it's not the survey for you.

Add your details at the end and you will be entered into a prize draw where one lucky winner will get a £250 Sainsbury's voucher.

here's the link

(This one has been sent to the panel but please don't do it twice)

thanks, MNHQ

Done (but if you have twins you can only chose 1 age but then say you have 2 children so it looks like I am lying in answer to one of the questions...but I am not)

haunted - that's ok - we only use that info to look at responses of folks who have a child aged x so it still applies.

Done! I have been surprisingly lucky with losing things, not with damaging tho! Ds had a hood on his jacket that just fell off, he wasn't playing super heroes with capes or anything! Grin

do you just want it doing once, or one per child? (one uniform trasher, two good ones Wink )

Done.
We'll never forget the Term of the Three Coats... the first 2 of which then turned up on pegs in random other areas of the school in the final week.

Grrrrrrr.

Done, but my dc are quite boring looking at the amount of clothes they could have lost or maybe it is due to my crazy stockpiling of secondhand stuff that I haven't noticed wasn't sure if you wanted to include in the 'lost' column stuff which then came back the next day or if you mean lost and never comes back.

Done. My DCs don't lose or trash uniform, we usually keep a set going for 3 years. Is that odd?
DD lost a glove in Reception, I just sent her in wearing the other one for a week or two until she found itGrin.

It's my teen who tries to wreck uniform. To much time spent in the art room with Acrylic Paint!
