Hi there, does anyone know who I can contact about a problem with my o2 joggler which I've been product testing?
It keeps switching off and on and has done this ever since it had a software update. The screen gets hot. It also keeps fading to its little 'waiting' symbol. Obviously, if it was from a shop, I could take it in for advice.
I've unplugged it as I don't want the house to go up in flames, but I could really do with it being operational and continuing to work for me!
