Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?
I liked it. The smell was lovely and it was easy to apply. I liked the pump style of it. I wasn't hugely keen on the colour of it though.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?
I found it easy to apply. I think I started out using 4 pumps but then ended up only needing 3 after a week or two. I found it fairly easy to know how much to apply.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?
It's definitely less dry.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?
No difference.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?
I think it feels smoother but that may just be because it's more moisturised and not so dry.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?
I've not had anyone mention it.

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?
I would like to but it's too expensive for me.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?
No, I feel it's too expensive. Whilst I would reccommend it, the price is above what I could afford to pay for this type of product.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?
Yes, but I would probably mention that it was quite pricey.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?
I really liked it. It was very easy to apply, absorbed quickly and didn't leave any shine or stickiness. The colour was a little off-putting, though.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?
The serum was really easy to apply. I used two pumps morning and night, which I think it said to do on the box or bottle.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?
My skin feels clearer and smoother. I've had comments from my fiancé saying how bright my skin looks these days, and if he can notice something like that the serum has done wonders!!

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?
I'm 28, so haven't started getting too many wrinkles yet, however the serum has really smoothed out my dry-skinned, lined forehead.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?
My skin feels more "plump" if that makes any sense, and is far smoother, especially around the forehead and cheeks.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?
See Q3 - my fiancé, bless him, isn't the most observant when it comes to me pampering myself, but he says he's noticed a bit difference in my face since I started using the serum. The other day he even said I looked "glowing" - a minor miracle!

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?
If I can work out how to afford it, definitely.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?
I know it's probably about average price for a serum, but £46 is more than I would normally spend or could afford. Given its results, though, I'd say it is good value for money. Now please excuse me whilst I hunt down the back of the sofa for some spare £££...

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?
Yes, I definitely would recommend the serum, I've been really happy using it.

Q1: I liked it a lot! The pump was effective, dispensed a reasonable amount in each squirt, and it was nice and light. It wasn't too perfumed, either, which is something I always look out for in skin are products because of the excema that can come up on my face.

Q2: I used 2 pumps each time. In the letter that came with it, it recommended 2-3 pumps, and I erred on the side of caution as I have combination skin! It didn't feel at all greasy when I put it on, and it absorbed really nicely.

Q3: I think my skin tone looks more even, and unbelievably (to me!) my skin has cleared up a lot!

Q4: The lines on my forehead don't seem as noticeable, and my crows feet don't seem as bad.

Q5: My skin does feel smoother and firmer.

Q6: Friends have pointed out that my skin seems clearer, and that my dry excema patches seem to have cleared up (which they have).

Q7: I'll certainly continue to use the tube I've been given. For the price it is a luxury, though. I'd have to start saving my Boots points!!

Q8: I wish I could continue to use it, but as I've already said, it is definitely a luxury item that I would struggle to afford. I do have friends/ family that would think nothing of spending £46 on it though!

Q9: yes, I'd recommend it to friends/ family that I knew could afford it. Definitely.

Thank you for picking me to use this serum - its been lovely to use!!

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?
I liked the pump dispenser, I think it's more hygienic than a pot. It smelt nice and had a nice almost gel like texture.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?
I started out with 2 pumps but found 3 gave better coverage. It goes in very smoothly and feels pleasant.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?
Unfortunately I have sensitive skin and I broke out in rash like pimples on my jaw and forehead. I did keep using it to see if it settled down, but it hasn't been brilliant. On my cheeks it has been fine.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?
The skin at the edge of my eyes looks quite smooth, but no difference elsewhere.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?
I haven't noticed a difference. It's less smooth where I've had spots!

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?
Nobody has said anything

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?
No, it doesn't suit my skin

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?
It isn't for me as it made me break out, but it is a similiar price to other serums and I think would be fair if it suited your skin

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?
I would say it was nice to use, and I liked the fact it was natural.

I'm a bit sad it didn't suit me as it was nice to use. I usually use clarins if anyone wants to compare, I sometimes get forehead pimples with that but haven't had jawline ones before. My skin does tend to be sensitive! It was good under moisturiser in the morni g, but I found the serum
Plus night cream felt a bit much at night.
Thank you for letting me try it though.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?

I liked the pump, how little product I needed to apply and the way it made my skin feel.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?

Very easy to apply, I tend to use two pumps per application

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?

My skin feels softer and looks healthier.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

Now for a negative that is not Origins fault at all! I am now aware of every tiny line on my face. I hadn't really noticed them before and I'm now quite down about it! I wouldn't say the lines have improved as such but my skin definitely looks and feels younger in general.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?

Yes my skin is smoother

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

Tricky one, I have had a couple of comments but I have found a new foundation that seems to take care of my many flaws so it may be that.

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I would like to but I'm not sure I can justify the money at the moment. Maybe hint around christmas.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?

I'm sure it does in comparison to other products on the market and it does last a long time but I just don't spend that amount of money on skincare. Maybe I should.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I might, but I doubt anyone would take recommendations from me!

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?
Over all it seemed like a good product, well packaged and with a nice smell. The only thing I didn't like too much was the greeny colour, but that made me think it was probably a natural product.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?
It was very easy to apply. I used two pumps per application, which was the perfect amount to cover my face.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?
It think my skin felt immediately softer, and has continued to do so.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?
I'm not particularly wrinkly, unless I smile - then I have some crows feet. I do have one deep line between my eyes, and this appeared less obvious after about a week of using the serum. I would say the line decreased to the severity it was 5 years ago, when I was 35. I'd hoped the serum would continue to work, and the line would disappear completely, but sadly not. I still only look five years younger.

8Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?
Definitely smoother, and slightly firmer.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?
I haven't had any comments, no.

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?
I would like to - the only thing preventing me would be the cost.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?
I believe it's a fair price, but wouldn't go as far as to say it's particularly good value for money.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?
I would recommend it to someone who I thought would be prepared to spend a reasonable amount on their skin care. I have definitely seen positive results while using it.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?

Overall I thought it was good. I especially like the texture of the serum and how it doesn't feel oily or otherwise icky on the face. It leaves a lovely velvety texture that isn't heavy and moisturizes just enough. I wasn't crazy about the colour of the serum but that isn't really important! I like that it is fragrance-free so doesn't feel as though you're laying on the chemicals.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?

It was very easy, I used 2 pumps per appiclation as suggested and smoothed it over face/neck, very easy to use.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?

My skin feels different, lightly moisturised, with a better texture -- I don't think it looks different though!

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

I really can't say that it has made a big difference with regard to wrinkles, I think the main benefit has been to the moisturisation and toning of the skin rather than this type of cosmetic improvement.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?

I do think it may have smoothed it out a bit, or at least made it a better texture. No different in firmness.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

That would have been nice! No, unfortunately not :)

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I might if I can use a discount code as unforutnately it is a bit out of my price range for regular cosmetics (though at the same time the bottle should last awhile as you use so little every time)

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?

I think this is a higher-end product so it is good value for those who spend in this price point.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I might though I would more likely recommend Origins as a brand rather that than product in particular.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?
I liked it a lot tbh. It's easy to apply and was absorbed quickly and didn't leave any shine or stickiness. It's not a colour I would have expected but fits well with the name I suppose.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?
The serum was very easy to apply. I used two pumps morning and night which I found plenty.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?
My skin feels clearer and smoother and firmer after the crop of spots I got in the beginning.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?
I don't really have any wrinkles and few lines although I think these are less noticeable now.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?
I'm sure the serum has made a difference, my skin feels firmer and plump I suppose.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?
Dh has said I look more youthful, unbelievable really as it took three weeks for him to notice I had had my hair coloured!

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?
It's more than I'd usually pay tbh but family are always asking for ideas for birthday and Christmas so will ask for more as presents.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?
I think the price reflects that it's a high end product and it undeniably works so I'd say the price was fair.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?
Yes, I definitely would recommend the serum, I've really enjoyed using it.

Thank you Mumsnet and Origins for giving me the opportunity.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?
Very positive. Nice smell, even after it had been on for a while. Good even application and the pump delivery made it easy to measure. I got used to the colour but it surprised me the first time!

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?
Good application, smooth and easy to apply evenly. 2 pumps seemed right for me, although sometimes I used 3 at night.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?
I had a tiny rash under one eye during the first week, but this cleared. My skin does feel smoother and softer.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?
I think there is no difference, but it's possible that I'm just looking more closely!

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?
Definitely smoother.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?
My elderly mother said I looked very "fresh" and "well". May or may not have been connected!

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?
If my finances improve, then I definitely would.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?
Hard to gauge, as it's in a more expensive range than I would normally use. It definitely works better than my usual cheaper brand, but it's a balance between that and the much higher price.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?
Yes, if I thought the person could afford it.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?

It looked nice. Nice box, nice little pump bottle. Odd colour but nice smell and absorbes quickly.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?

Easy to apply, couple of squirts, rub in, job done.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?

No I don't think so.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

I've not noticed any difference.

I don't think so no.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

No.

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?

No I don't think so. It is nice and makes my skin feel nice but so does a bog standard moisturiser.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?

Ouch! Erm no for that price I'd expect it to make more of a difference to my skin. Maybe a little dance too. though I'm more of a supermarket shopper than a brands one so maybe that is normal for a brand price.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?

No, it didn't seem to do anyuthing special.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like? I really like it. It feels nice - not too thick but not too thin - and has a nice smell. The colour is most unpleasant though

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply? Very easy to apply, I started off with 2 pumps bit this was insufficient for my dry skin, so upped it to 3-4

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way? I had an outbreak of spots for the first few days of using it but this settled down and didn't recur - may or may not have been related. I would definitely say my skin feels smoother after using for a few weeks

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum? It's hard to say whether I have less wrinkles, but I would absolutely say the overall appearance of my skin has improved

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not? yes, definitely smoother

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments? Yes I have! I was told that the new make up I was wearing made my skin look lovely - I was wearing my usual make up Smile

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not? I would like to but I can't afford it. I will probably be putting it on my Christmas list

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not? It is a lot of money (for me anyway) but it definitely makes a difference to my skin so I would say it is good value

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not? Yes I would be happy to recommend it due to the smoothe skin feeling

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?

I liked the packaging - it didn't feel 'overwrapped' and felt in keeping with the brand, and the bottle looks smart on my dressing table :) The colour is unusual, but feels natural, and the smell is lovely.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?

The serum is fab to apply! I've been following the instructions sent with the serum and using 2 pumps per application, but that has felt very generous- a little goes a long way. It rubs in beautifully and my skin never feels greasy or heavy afterwards, just really smooth.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?

I think my skin is looking plumper and better maintained, and it certainly feels much nicer, but its hard to be definitive.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

I don't have less, but I've been paying close attention to the lines around my mouth and on my forehead and they are generally looking less deep. The ones around my mouth, especially, have reduced quite a bit, and I don't look quite so haggard first thing in the morning (which is a relief for everyone in the Filly-household!)

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?

My skin feels wonderful! No rough patches, and less flare-ups than usual, too.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

Yes - various female family members have commented.

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I will definitely finish this bottle, as I love it, but will probably resume my normal leading high street chemist's brand product afterwards, as I have 3 tubes of their serum (bought on the last 3 for 2 offer) and will finish that off before investing in anything else. I haven't applied serum religiously night and day before, and am really impressed by the results, but would also like to check whether I can achieve the same results using a cheaper product.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?

It isn't an unreasonable price, but I don't think it represents amazing value for money. If it had banished all my wrinkles, then nothing would keep me away, but for a subtle improvement in skin tone £46/month just for the serum (given that I also require moisturiser, facial cleaner etc etc) is a huge investment and would rather blow the budget at the moment.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?

Yes - I have done already. My mother, all 3 of my aunts and my grandmother have all bought some in the past 2 weeks Grin

Thank you again to Mumsnet and Origins for choosing me to participate in this trial :) :)

Q1 = I was a bit sceptical at first but I loved the smell and once I began to use it I was smitten.

Q2 = it was really easy to use and I used about 3 pumps on my face and neck area

Q3 -Yes noticed a big difference loved it and have had over 10 people comment on how well I looked!

Q4 = the serum just makes my face look better altogether, younger, firmer, plumper, it's magic.

Q5 = Yes, skin feels, softer smoother and firmer

Q6 = I have used the same products for years but once I started using this I have had many nice comments it's been a massive confidence boost! I haven't bothered with any other makeup - no need for it.

Q7 = would love to keep on using it but it might need to be put on my Christmas list as I feel it is pricy (double what I normally pay)

Q8 = It is good for the money in some ways as I didn't need to use any other make up but it does seem a bit expensive for me. I might have a splurge though and get some more!

Q9 = Would defiinitely and have to several friends as they thought I looked so good.

Many thanks for this opportunity - I have thoroughly enjoyed this trial!

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?
It was fine - not gloopy, not greasy, not slimy. Smelled lovely. I didn't mind the colour!

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?
I found it went on very easily, I tend to use 2.5-3 pumps per application as instructed in the covering letter. This seems plenty.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?
Not significantly. My husband reckoned my skin looked paler but I think he was trying hard to think of something constructive to say!

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?
I do have lines and wrinkles - still have them, though possibly they are slightly finer than previously. (I tend to think this has more to do with sleep and water than serums though if I'm honest)

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?
Quite possibly, as it does seem very smooth at the moment.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?
Only from my husband (see above).

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?
I doubt it. If I were going to buy expensive cosmetics (and I do think Origins is high-end) I would probably go for a moisturiser/night cream before a serum.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?
Not. I don't think it's made £46-worth of difference to my face.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?
I wouldn't actively steer anyone away from it because I certainly don't think it's done me any harm - but equally I haven't seen overwhelming benefits either, so unless someone specifically said they were looking for a serum they could add to their skincare regime I probably wouldn't mention it.

However. I have loved being part of the trail, have enjoyed the extra step in my normal skincare regime and may well try out an Origins moisturiser, so thank you!

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?

I really liked this. Good size, nice style of packaging with the pump. Colour didn't set me on fire, I would have gone with a cream/gold colour container with green picture. Nice prouct to use.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?

Very easy, I really liked the consistency, it was lovely and spread well. I started off using 2 pumps but that wasn't quite enough, so used 3 on a morning when I was then putting cream and make up on and 4 for bed.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?

Yes, much improved - I was very surprised and thrilled! I'm only 29 but my face is quite lined (ex smoker and a hell of a paper round Wink ) I'm also quite spot prone. To begin with it cleared up my skin, took out some redness and although I'm not blemish free, certainly improved the situation. After a couple of weeks it has ironed out my very fine lines, they are gone. My deeper lines are still there, but without the fine lines look less prominent.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

Has removed the fine lines - I'm very impressed, deep ones are still there but do look better - they are proper wrinkles though and I don't think any product can get rid of those.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?

Definitely smoother and firmer.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

Have been told I look well by a few people (and that doesn't often happen!) so I am attributing that to the serum.

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I am going to buy another bottle to see if it makes any more improvements over time, but it is more than I usually pay and I'm not sure I can justify that amount all of the time.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?

I'm not sure. The product is good and works well, so in that respect yes it is worth paying a bit more for - but it is too expensive to be used daily by most people, including myself. I haven't tried enough other brands in that price range to say if it is competitive with them.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?

Yes I have recommended it already, I've raved about it. I think I might get a bottle for my mother for christmas as she was very keen, but won't spend that much on herself.

I really do like the product and have been thrilled to have the change to try it.

I was at a wedding last week full of young pretty girls, and normally I feel really uncomfortable, like an old bag lady next to them, but I was actually feeling pretty good this time. I feel I look better, and that is a nice feeling.

Thank you.

Q1. I really liked the smell of it, fresh and clean. It felt nice on my skin, which is combination, leaving it feeling smooth and fresh. I wasn't keen on the colour of the serum, but that really is not a complaint, just an observation.

Q2. I use 2 pumps. I found it very easy to apply, and I liked the pump bottle which meant I could dispense the right amount every time.

Q3. My skin does feel different when I use the serum, and my make-up seems to stay in place a bit better. With combination skin, it's hard to get the right balance between moisturising the dry areas and avoiding oiliness on the T-zone, and I think the serum has helped me to balance things up a bit.

Q4. I haven't noticed any difference in the wrinkles on my face.

Q5. I don't think there is any difference in the smoothness or firmness of my skin.

Q6. Amazingly, DH mentioned that my skin was looking 'brighter, better'. He didn't know I was using anything different to the usual.

Q7. I would love to, but I think it will have to be a Christmas/birthday present type product. I couldn't justify the expense.

Q8. For me, it is a very expensive luxury and therefore will never be 'good value for money', but I do think it is a nice treat. I think I will have to try a cheaper alternative before I can decide if the Origins serum is worth spending so much on.

Q9. I have already, to my mum. She has a larger disposable income than me Smile.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?

I liked the product. It was easy to use, smelled nice and absorbed well.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?

Pretty easy to apply, went on smoothly. Used 2 pumps on my face and 1 on my decolletage. Easy enough to know what to apply as it went on smoothly, so could feel where was covered and where wasn't.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?

Think it feels about the same- although this is a bonus as a lot of products would cause a reaction.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

I haven't noticed any difference, although I didn't really expect to.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?

Fairly smooth and firm; not sure that the product has made a difference compared to the one I was using previously, as that had made my skin a lot better already compared to what it looked like a few months ago. But the good thing is that the Origins product did not disrupt the improvement I had seen previously and didn't aggrevate my skin.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

No nice comments Sad .... Grin

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?

No- too expensive compared to what I was previously using, and didn't see any discernable improvement.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?

Not good value for money- I would estimate that there is at most 2 months' worth in the bottle, meaning a cost of £276 for a year!!! My top end price would be around £25 for a product that I planned to use regularly.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I would possibly mention to my sister as she has rosacea and struggles to find products that don't aggrevate her skin, so may be worth a shot for her. But the price would probably dissuade me from recommending to others.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?

Overall, I really liked the product, from its appearance, to its application to the effects which I felt were really excellent.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?

I didn't read the instructions at first and mostly used 2-3 pumps. I found it easy to apply.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?

I do honestly think better. I just feel it looks more healthy and dare I say it - younger and I half wonder it it is my imagination!

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

Yes, I definitely feel that I have fewer.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?

Yes, I feel that it has.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

Sadly, if they have, they havent mentioned but I do live with three males!

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I will definitely use my sample until the very last drop. Beyond that the price tag is too much for me at the moment as I am not working and we have a single income.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?

I cannot comment as I do not know how much is the cost price. For me, in my household with a household income of £45k approx and the fact I usually don't spend much on make up/creams it would be too expensive for me as a regular purchase. I am sure some people would though. I know many women who would pay this and as it is an excellent product I am sure it has its market.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not

Yes I would if they had the income, I thought it was a really good product.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?

I really liked it. The colour was rather a surprise, but not an issue. It was easy to use and absorbed very well. It didn't leave my skin feeling sticky or greasy. A really pleasant product to use. Initially I felt that the product had a slightly musty fragrance, but after the first application I didn't notice that any more and now I really like the fragrance.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?

It is a really easy serum to use. I used two pumps morning and night which gave excellent coverage, it went on smoothly, absorbed into my skin quickly and left it feeling soft and smooth. Loved the texture of the serum.

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?

Yes it does. It feels softer, smoother and more refined. It also looks slightly more plump. For me the biggest difference is that I feels that it looks healthier. When I wake in the morning it has a slight pinky tinge to it, which makes me look better, and that in turn makes me feel better!!

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

Yes, fine lines are definitely improving and I think I am seeing a small improvement in the deeper, vertical lines on my forehead (frown lines).

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?

Yes, once again I am seeing an improvement in this area. My skin is much smoother, looks healthier and plumper. The areas around my mouth which were starting to show a lack of firmness now look better to me. Using this serum has made me feel happier about my skin.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

Sadly no one else has noticed, but then I live in a household that doesn't seem to notice anything!!

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?

I will certainly continue using the serum until the bottle is empty and I would love to buy another bottle of it as I really like the all round improvement in my skin and would like to see that continue. The cost is something of an issue, as it is more expensive than I would usually pay for a serum, it may have to go on my christmas list!

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?

I do think £46 is rather expensive, £35 would feel better value for money and certainly encourage me to buy it again. £46 takes it into a different price point completely.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?

Yes I would, I can really see a difference in my skin and I'm sure others would if they used it.

Q1. What was your overall opinion of Origins Plantscription? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn't like?
I liked the look of the product, the colours on the box/bottle were ?earthy?, gave the impression the product was made from natural ingredients.

Q2. How easy or difficult did you find the serum to apply? How many pumps did you tend to apply per application? Did you find it easy or difficult to know how much to apply?
The serum was very easy to reply. I probably would only have used 1 very small pump and just rubbed it into areas where wrinkles tend to appear ? forehead, under/side of eyes etc. ? but I?d read somewhere to pump 1-2 times so I did and there was plenty to cover my whole face and neck

Q3. Does your skin look and/or feel any different since you've been using the serum? If so, in what way?
My skin doesn?t feel any different since using the product, but I do have spots on my cheeks which I don?t normally have. I don?t get too many spots but if I do they tend to be on my chin. To have them on my cheeks is quite unusual!

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?
I don?t have wrinkles yet, just some very fine lines and wouldn?t say they?ve disappeared but they certainly haven?t got worse.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?
Apart from the spots on my cheeks my skin does feel smooth. I?m aware of how the skin on the neck can get saggy as you get older so I?ve been rubbing the serum into my neck and it does feel firm. Though I aren?t sure if it?s any firmer than it was.

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?
No I haven?t had comments about the skin, except for my husband mentioning the spotty cheeks!!!

Q7. Do you think you will continue to use Origins Plantscription after the trial or not? If yes, why? If not, why not?
I don?t think I will use Origins, I think something doesn?t agree with me if I?m getting spots.

Q8. The RRP of Origins Plantscription serum is £46 - do you think this represents good value for money or not?
I wouldn?t say that is good value for money, quite expensive in fact. For example Boots No7 ?Protect and Perfect? serum in about £25 so £46 for Origins is a lot more.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?
I would say that my skin feels nice in places, I like the gentle, very subtle smell, Like the packaging but for me it didn?t agree with my skin. I?d be wary of recommending it to someone else as it is a lot of money to spend on a product that then may make you spotty.

Thanks for letting me try the product
x

  1. I loved the ease of the pump and the smell and texture of the serum.

  1. I started with using 2 pumps of the serum but realised within the second day that I needed 3 pumps as my forehead is quite dry.

  1. I think my skin looks healthier, more moisturised, plumper and smoother.

  1. I hadn't noticed any difference to wrinkles as such but my skin looks in much better shape and I had noticed that a recent outbreak cleared up quicker and without leaving scars. I don't know if this is because of the serum itself or because my skin was much more moisturised than usual. I have had compliments from my mum and nan about how my skin looked healthier.

  1. I'd say it is definitely smoother and plumper.

  1. Yes I've had compliments from my mum and nan.

  1. I think the serum is very expensive for the size of the tube and although I did like using it and was very pleased with the results I wouldn't be able to justify the price tag.

  1. I would recommend it but would warn them of the price.

Skin looked much smoother immediately after each application but not convinced that this was sustained.

Q4. In terms of lines and wrinkles (if you have any of course!) do you have fewer than before you started using the product? Or do the ones you have look any better since using the serum?

Look better straight after application but no difference 12 hours later.

Q5. How about the firmness and/or smoothness (or otherwise) of your skin - has the product made a difference or not?

See above

Q6. If you have noticed a difference to your skin, has anyone else noticed? Have you had any nice comments?

Too expensive for regular use for me.

Not really as I am not convinced results are sustained between applications.

Q9. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Origins Plantscription to others? If yes, why? If not, why not?

Probably not.
