Hi there, I've emailed a few times now asking how I'd go about setting up a webchat. Is there a specific email address to use please?

You don't. MNHQ do it. You can probably suggest people you'd like 'see' on a webchat here but it's not something we as site users can 'set up' ourselves.

You can email [email protected] to ask a question or make a suggestion in post a thread in the section called "site stuff".
