To pelt my cakes at this mum's head in the playground this afternoon? <fume>

The school are having a cake sale tomorrow and have BEGGED for donations of cakes. They have been Facebooking about how desperate they are all week as they want to make a dent in the £12,000 target needed for some new play equipment in the playground. One might think that flogging cakes at 30 pee each is not the way to make a dent but that's another thing...

I am pushed for time this week but I thought I could do some cornflake easter nests with some mini eggs on top as a quick alternative to baking and frosting two dozen fairy cakes. So I went out and bought the stuff (which I reckon cost more than they will get from the sales tbh) Then I replied to one of the FB begging messages saying "I will bring some cornflake easter nests tomorrow, will have about 40" Then one of the PTA wimmin replied "Ha ha! That's great but be prepared to take most of them home as they don't sell as well as real cakes."

Fuck. You. Bitch.

sad

I am going to waltz around Ikea whispering 'niace ham' and 'pom bears' whenever I go past a likely looking sort....

I am off to nethuns - if her thread is there I shall find it & shall answer in the affirmative.

Although it pains me to say it, as she is obviously in need of an attitude adjustment by means of a wedge of lemon omelette to the face - tsk for being mean about her fat arse. I too have an elegant sufficiency of thigh but it is purely coincidental to me being a git.

I am on tenterhooks for the school gate happenings after the holiday though - did she mention going on holibobs? That would truly be the punched icing on the cake for me.

wink I'm in! Gave a fresh cream Victoria sponge a two fingered jab right through the middle in Morrisons earlier.
Would have gone unnoticed if the bloody plastic box hadn't cracked louder than a gunshot. Got several odd terrified looks from old ladies but as am massively pregnant they clearly all thought it best to just scurry past me grin ooh it felt goooooood!

Sunnywithshowers Sat 30-Mar-13 20:41:07

grin That is brilliant Fanjo. You are a legend.

I'm off to a mugging craft fair later. I shall teach the toddler to destroy those fucking cupcakes with their mountainous piles of buttershite.

What's wrong with butterfly buns eh? Eh?!

I think we could have a mumsnet saying instead of ooh I could crush a grape..

Ooh I could punch a cake

One of DDs friends commented on my use of the phrase naice ham while making sandwiches earlier.

Seems her mum is a mumsnetter. If so, and you are reading this, your daughter is lovely and cleaned up my dining room.grin

On hols in Orlando......went to huge Wallmart last night (2am Brit time!!) and just stood transfixed in the cup cake/cake section. Kept hearing a voice whispering in my ear "do it for MN, punch an American cake".... Just couldn't do it. If I had there'd have been no stopping me, would have been carnage,ESP the mini cupcake trays!! bugrin

I DONE IT!!!

Earlier in the shop, I was getting Milk, butter, a packet of crisps, a pack of yoghurts and a 6 pack of diet coke- the girl scanned them through, I paid then she just left them sitting on the counter, without even putting them in a bag! I asked her for a bag and she looked at me like I had asked her to run a bloody marathon. She put them in a bag, sighing, and I gave a massive enthusiastic thank you, walked away and on my way out I PUNCHED A CAKE!!

And it felt good gringringrin

chocoflump, you've raised the bar. Cake-punching should now be performed as a retaliatory measure.

This is the original [[

Sorry for the posting on a zombie thread everyone. blush

Ahh no thread deleted! What happened?

skyflyer Wed 25-Sep-13 12:09:39

Been trying to find part 3 for the last couple of days, why was it deleted?

DropYourSword Wed 25-Sep-13 12:12:34

Lots of mean hand wringers got involved and basically it became a bit of a name calling thread. Along with the fact that MNHQ declared it needed to be deleted as OP had typed up a letter that had been sent home from school and they declared it was too easily identifiable.
