oh dt2 definitely. They were both hiding in their room this morning...with a terrys chocolate orange.

Yesterday dt1 was pratically dragging dt2 through the lounge saying 'c'mon buddy!' while I was in the kitchen making salad. Dp came home to find them sitting in front of the tea scoffing a tub of olives.

Hi Joanne, four girls - wow! I can jsut imagine the fights over makeup! I have one girl (7) and three boys 5, and 2 year old twins.

lol, it was badly written.

Agree about the gin, I really have to take my bottles to the bank - it's shameful atm! Sainsburys have that offer atm, buy 6 bottles of wine and get 25% off. I thought they would last us in the run up to xmas - we've already downed 4!

hi Joanne. Now at some point on MN someone will suggest you get a name that doesn't involve a name and a number. lol But you do what you want. Of course we are FAB at making up names. Plus you need a Christmas name.

I have 5 children: DS1 15 (in 2 wks), DD1 13, DD2 9, DTs 3.10 (g/b)

We don't stand on ceremony here once you've introduced yourself so expect FrumpyGrumpy to flash her norks at you. Mommalove is currently spraying milk whenever she can.

It's good to see you and have you with us. The d'y ever threads move really really quickly. Don't worry if you can't keep up, just post anyway. SOME PEOPLE lurk. No no no!!! Not the way to be. I'm sure they'll pop out at some point to say hi.

Don't be scared by the fact that I have 5 children or even that LG&T has 6. Some people are hugely greedy and have triplets or have triplets and are expecting twins!

Have some cake

MERLY email me on [email protected]. I have the number of a woman who may be able to help you with info on breastfeeding with the meds you have to take.

Phew! Found you! I don't know,I go out shopping and come back to find you've moved. Or are you trying to tell me something ;).

Joanne, I also have 4 girls (12,4,4 & 20 months) and one of mine has the same name as one of yours . Are you fed up yet with the "Going to try for a boy?" comments? As if all the "double trouble" etc comments weren't enough .

Well I'm pretty much up together with my present shopping . In fact I'm planning to have a day in tomorrow and wrap it all.

hi Jo & welcome

I can't keep up with dt1, she is so fast and pulling herself to standing already, ds1 was much slower, I must be getting old

I don't like mince pies either LG&T - we can just stick to the gin if frumpy hasn't drunk it all

Triplets, sending you loads of love, Christmas is such a hard time...when my dad died, we cut out a photo of him and stuck it on the angel's head on the top of the Christmas tree.

Pixi, that's terrible about dh's work! I hope you have a fab time out tonight.

Frumpy, she was 11 weeks old

Mars, I love the sound of your client, it's excellent that she can stand up to them!

Leo, it's shocking about the babywipes and disgraceful...

Nh, those are beautiful beanies! Glad to hear all is going well

Triplets, how are you today? I love those books btw...we've got quite a collection of them

Momma, how's Nova today?

Egg, good luck with your scan . Is your ds better now? I had 1 last Wednesday and all was well I have a ctg tomorrow at 2

LG&T How's Beau today? Better I hope xx

Chuffed, I really wouldn't worry about how big you're going to get. I carried to 35 weeks and gained 48 pounds! But other people who have triplets didn't gain that much...I think triplets on here only gained about 20?

Strollers are a pain in the a$$ to buy, if you'll excuse my language! We had a hard time finding one that was suitable for newborns - most of them only allow babes to sit up and I had visions of a baby sliding out and me not noticing !

We got the Inglesina triple here but we could only use it when they were little and they soon grew out of it... it needs practice to assemble and disassemble it though.

Then we bought the triple runabout which was great and narrow enough to get through most things.

I like the look of the Triple Decker stroller- the one where you can take out the carseats and go. That would have made life easier!

Hi Joanne, welcome, welcome, c'mon in. Now.......you look adorable. But your name is rubbish needing lovingly mended. You fill us in a bit with more about you and we'll come up with something shiny. Ooops! We are a friendly bunch

Mars, thank god, kermit, mohammed, heavens I'm not the only one that gets the "oooh, mine are 16 months apart and it just like having twins" I thought I was just being irritable. I have, so far, resisted shouting "ITS NOTHING LIKE HAVING TWINS, TRY 16 MINUTES APART", as in essence I am a bitter nice person.

Darling, put me right, you are a church goer are you not? When I say "thank god" is that offensive (being totally non religious)? Is it even worse to say "thank kermit/allah/cheese pies"? Its a turn of phrase for me but someone recently said to me that a church going mum at school really takes offence at people saying "thank god".

LG&T and Ooogs, I'm with you on the mince pies. They give me the pip.

TaT, how awful for your friend. 11 weeks is such a long time to know a darling baby and then have them ripped away. Not that there is ever a good time. What is Edward's syndrome? Haven't heard of it before.
