Just a quick question please! what do babies wear inside their grobags? Just got some on ebay... Sleepsuits? Vests? Both? At the moment they do a sleepsuit and a short sleeve vest plus their blankies... Thanks for any thoughts.

It depends on what TOG your grobags are and how hot it is in your home.

My DS wears a 2.5 Tog bag with a long sleeve body suit or a sleepsuit if its a bit cooler. We have the house heated during the day but no heating on between 10pm and 6am. Its always better for them to be slightly cool that slightly hot - in my experience they wake up if they are cool, whereas too hot is a SIDs risk.
