19 weeks pg with twins - why can't I feel them move?

How far along were you when you felt your twins move? I was 19 weeks with dd, but thought this time, as there's two in there I'd have felt something.

Two weeks ago I thought I felt some gentle pats behind my belly button, but nothing since.

I felt like I had a bag of snakes inside me in the later months, but not much before 20 wks or so. It may be that because there's 2 of them there's less room to move?

Hi Bibi, I don't have any wise words I'm afraid, but just wanted to say "hi" and I hope everything is good with you

quite early, I think about 16 weeks, but it depends where they are laying. It was only very odd kicks too, nothing dramatic. In my case though, it was how I found out I was expecting twins - kicks well spaced apart!

Am 21 wks (with one) but on 3rd pg and didn't feel movements until 20+ wks with all of them so imagine they kick in - literally - soon!

Hi Bibi

It was a long time after my 20 week scan - can't remember the actual date but I was convinced it was all a trick and I wasn't actually pregnant, just really fat

The sonographer said it depends where they are sitting - twin 2 was tucked in behind the placenta so I never really felt a great deal of movement.

Hi,
I was around 23 weeks with my trio when I got the first flutter, they were never ever really active, space I suppose. I am sure everything is fine, xx

Felt the odd movement really early on with all three pregnancies but my twins were never really active esp DT1 unless they had hiccups so I spent nearly the whole pg worrying. Even prodding my belly provoked no reaction and DT1 was also always hard to locate on the heart monitor, even with the sonographer there showing where her heart was.
