When did your twin bump drop?

I will be 31 weeks tomorrow with MCDA twins, and my bump seems to have dropped significantly within the past couple of days. This happened much later with my singleton DS! When did your twin bump drop, and how long was it before you had the babies? I'm obviously hoping to keep them in for a while...

Mine never did.

I carried mine until 38+1, and by the end the bump came out from my pelvis and didn't go back in until my ribcage. I could properly rest my dinner plate on there to eat, with no wobbling or balancing!

I don't think the bump could have dropped due to its size, though twin 1 did engage ...

Never dropped with me either. Was delivered by c-section at 34+6 but I think I'd have gone to term if I hadn't had the complications.

Mine never dropped. I was induced at 37 weeks and think I would have probably gone longer if I hadn't been (I had to be induced as the babies' growth had slowed down).

Thanks for the responses. As with everything else twin-related, it seems to vary a lot!
