fluid levels

Had my fortnightly scan today, I'm 30+6 with mcda twins. Both twins have grown with t1 slowing alittle. But it was the fluid levels that are now a concern. T2 have increased whereas t1 have decreased. I know themmeasurements are not an exact thing but t1 has gone from 54 to 40 so even with a degree of inaccuracy there's been a drop. The difference between the 2 is currently around 30mm. The old tape measure measurement has also dropped, again not an exact science but in 4ish wks hasn't gone up but gone down, only 1cm, but still it's not gone up any.
Has anyone else been through similar and it not be ttts??? Have a scan next wk aswel now.

No exactly the same but I had Oligohydramnios since 9w with T1 that lasted until 31w when it caused preterm labour. There was no "medical" reason for it that they could find but they hinted at my iron levels and was basically just told to drink more water (had to go on 3 oral hydration diets - 4 pints every hours etc). My bump was also small, I was a good 5cm smaller than my previous twin PG (going by my 30w measurement which was 28cm).

I had DCDA twins. All was fine with fluid levels until 34 weeks when a routine scan found twin1 has no fluid at all. I had them by CS the next day and interestingly their placentas had merged into one big placenta. I never really thought that this may have been the cause of twin1 having no amniotic fluid.

Good luck and I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly.
