Wheatgrass or Royal Jelly, anyone?

Keep me away from the internet ladies - I've been doing more research (here we go again ) and have been reading about supplements to help with egg quality. I don't know if I have poor egg quality but I've had 3 mc's so figure it couldn't hurt...I currently take folgard, vit. B, C, multi-vitamin, omega 3, and selenium.

I am curious to know if any of you have tried this wheatgrass or royal jelly and if so, have you found any benefits?

Thanks & best wishes.

Hi Daynee

I have no idea but very interested to hear your responses as I have had 3 miscarriages (no children).

I have had a wheatgrass "shot" in a glass and it was rotten

I took royal jelly when I was trying to conceive DS. I was 38 and was pg within 6 wks. However, I had already been pg 3 mths before (MMC), so don't know if it was the royal jelly or just body in readiness.

I am ttc again and am currently 5wks pg. I have been taking rj for 4.5mths. I am 42 in June. However, not sure the pg will stick as not feeling too hopeful.

Hope the info helps anyway!!

Thanks Isthisoneforreal - Is this royal jelly sold at stores and in pill form? I know it's hard to have that hope but with each passing week, you should feel more and more at ease...I hope this one is for real for you.

amelied It's a relief to see someone else on here who has also had 3 mc's and does not have children either. Most women on here seem to already have one or more children and are trying for more...I think it's a bit different when you have none as (in my opinion) you're just so much more impatient and frustrated because all you want is that one...and then I'll worry about the rest~

So I've been reading about this stuff and seems that it enhances circulation to the ovaries and helps with egg production. Who knows? I've also read about MACA and Fertilplus which I might try...too many supplements!
