I have - 4 days 'late' (as in late for pre MC cycle) and now lasted almost 24 hours though more crampy now and less stabby.

very annoying.

Yes I have too and I experience a dull ache & cramps for sometimes the 10 days or so until I get my period, accompanied by slight nausea which nearly always has me fooled into thinking - oooh am I pregnant again. My ovulation was all over the place too since my 3rd MC last April - sometimes on Day 8, other times on Day 18. Have just had my 4th MC (but we are lucky enough to have our DD who is 3 who arrived after my 1st MC) so i'll wait and see what happens this time

I think it most definitely affects your cycles, especially the older you are (I am 39, 40 in April )-:. I had acupuncture and this time I am seeing a medical herbalist to get me back to normal.

Exactly!!!! it's so cruel and unfair. I used to be so in touch with what was going on and now it's all really confusing. I have had one session of acupuncture and have read on here something about agnus castus which I might check out too.

Do you do sticks?

I was using a Persona machine - but will need to wait for 3 cycles until i can reprogram it... grrrrrr!!

Agnus castus is recommended as it helps your hormones balance - I'll see what my medical herbalist suggests when I see her on monday.... what i really need is a time capsule!

sometimes i find that all this plotting, charting, monitoring & measuring is doing my head in - life aint easy is it!!!

good luck with it all

xx

Come to think of it, yes, i do have quite painful ov pains each month since having my 2nd mc actually.

We have been trying for 2 years and i had 3rd mc last March.

It IS annoying because we have been timing bding around my ov pains and still nada...not a sausage each month.

Im 38 soon so am obsessing!
Got appointment with gynae bod at the end of the month so see if he can shed any light.

Dont know how significant ov pains are within the whole TTc picture.....unless i have cysts on my overies or something making it painful to pop out an egg iyswim!
See...OBSESSIONAL!!!!
Im even making stuff up now!

I just had to stop myself from googling "endemetriosis post MC." I'm sure it can't be that but still have the vague pain...

Hope I don't have it every day til AF. It will drive me mad.

DC do you think you might be leaving it too late if you are waiting for the pain? My pain came really quite late for me and also isn't it the run up to it that's supposed to be most fertile? i.e. from 48 hours before?
Sorry if being a grangmother - eggs etc

Don't know why I am throwing in my two pennies since I have no idea now actually when i ovulated and definitely haven't done enough 'dancin' to cover all possibilities.

le sigh
