Am I miscarrying?

Have just gone to the loo and when I wiped, there was some brownish stretchy discharge. Not a huge amount, but enough. I had a little yesterday also. I am also having kind of non-descript pains in my tummy - a little like gentle stabbing pains, although don't know if I'm convincing myself I am.

What do you think this means? Is it all over? I'm about 5+4 weeks, so still early days. Really not sure what to do - am still feeling sick, but just have a feeling this isn't going to end well.

Get a doctors appointment, request an early scan. When I had this and went to the doctors she told me that 50% of women who bleed in pg go on to have healthy babies. It might be ok. Sorry that you are going through this it is horrid.
