The official line is anything up to six weeks. My own experience (I've sadly had 4, all 9 weeks and under) is about three to four weeks. Hope that helps.

From a natural mc, I bled heavily on and off for a week, then light for another week.

Me again, sorry, one sleepless night later I realise I engaged typing fingers before brain. I bled for up to 2 weeks after the complete miscarriages.

Hello there, I had ERPC for a mmc on new year's eve and I am still bleeding lightly 3 weeks later (not more than 1 thin pad per day + 1 at night). I went to doc's yesterday and she said it was fine, if I had no strong pain (I have a bit of period-type pain) and I wasn't passing any large blood clots (bigger than 50p piece). I think every woman is different, I've read of some on here bleeding for 1-2, others 6 or more weeks. I took a pg test yesterdy and it was negative. I am waiting for AF but think won't be for a few weeks til after I stop bleeding. Hope this helps.
