Hi ladies,
I had a m/c at 11 weeks on September 10th. My first period came 33 days later.
Before the m/c my cycles were approx 30-32 days for a year. I'm now on CD34 and had a BFN on both Monday and Tuesday...
Did your cycles return to normal after m/c? I'm wondering how much longer I'll have to wait for AF.
Thanks.

sorry to hear about your mc.

I had a mmc on 23rd sept at 11 weeks as well. It took 35 days for my next AF.

I used to be very regular before, 28 day cycle. So i'm hoping AF comes to visit me next week.

But would also like to know from other same as you SP as to how soon it takes for AF to return to normal cycle.

I'm waiting until my 3rd AF before ttc.

Sparkly I have no experience to offer (yet), but someone on here pointed me to this site last week which has some good information that might help

Thanks Jools. I'll have a peek at that now. How are you feeling today?

Not a great afternoon I think the mood swings have kicked in big time and I ended up sobbing so hard I've given myself an appalling headache

Am treating it with Pizza Express pizza and dough balls, washed down with beer !

I am just really struggling to get going and do something other than moping on the sofa but hopefully this will pass soon. I plan to get back to the gym from saturday and am supposedly working from home for the rest of this week.

Jools sorry to hear you had a bad day. For me its been 8 weeks since my mc, and I still have bad days, like today. DH met me for lunch to try to cheer me up. Think its a number of things I'm anxious about, like hoping for my next AF, and because my nan is in hospital, so really worried about her.
Enjoy your pizza - i love PE! I'm sitting down with my leftover thorntons chocs that i managed to hide from DH

also meant to say thanks for the link. Found it very helpful.

Sending you both lots of hugs, and sorry for not having any sound advice

My first period was 2 days later than normal. I was convinced I was pg as I'm never late!

You're either just getting back to normal or you're pg.

Like you Sabs and Jools, I continue to have some bad days.
Jools - what you're doing sounds great. Continue to be kind to yourself and take lots of time to grieve and rest. Your body has taken a battering and hormone levels will take a while to settle.
Sabs - Do you want to share those chocs
DodgyA - thanks for the advice - hopefully my AF will show up soon.
