Infection after a miscarriage??

Help,

I was told by my OBGYN my baby had stopped growing at around 7 weeks. I waited for it to come out naturally which happened at around 11 weeks. I bled for about 2 weeks, stopped for 2 weeks and now I've started bleeding again...
There currently is no bad smell or raised temperature but my abdomen feels different to when I have a normal period. Should I be worried?

Any advice appreciated. Thank you

It's probably your first AF, which IME has been heavy/painful/clotty. If you feel unwell get yourself checked out, but I wouldn't be too worried by it just feeling different to normal.

If you are unsure then get to the doctor.
The infection I had after my op from a missed MC did not smell nor did I have a temperature or blood pressure to be concerned about. However the clots were larger and the blood was very much darker than the blood that I had passed previously. I was told I'd probably been overdoing it but at this point I personally wasn't prepared to wait it out (my MC situation up to this point had been going on for about 6 wks).
Don't be afraid to ask for the reassurance that you are physically ok lovey, get yourself checked over if you have any concerns. It's a difficult time enough without anything else to worry about.
Take care.

Do get the the GP. I had an infection after a missed MC - just some discomfort and bleeding. Got self to GP and they sent me to the hospital for a can which showed I had 'retained products' (horrid terminology), I ended up needing a D&C and antibiotics. D&C was fine, was in for the afternoon then home and up and about the next day. Hope you get it sorted.
