Accupuncture success

Just thought I would write to share my success and hopefully provide hope to those who have experience of miscarriage.
I suffered 3 miscarriages at 8, 11 and 12 weeks (last 2 were blighted ovums). Had tests but could not find a reason. From desperation I turned to accupuncture. Within 2 months I was pregnant (conceived first time trying) it usually takes me at least 6 months. I've just had a little girl and all is great. She was a healthy weight and the accupuncture helped with the symptoms throughout. Did not want to gloat but did want to share this positive experience. Was holding off until she was safe in my arms.
Good luck to everyone who unfortunately has suffered a miscarriage.

Congratulations!

May I ask how you went about your treatment? Did you explain to the therapist what you wanted treatment for?

Thank you everyone for congrats. I was recommend a therapist by a friend. I explained what I wanted ie to conceive and have a healthy baby. I then had treatment every 2 weeks but once I became pregnant this was increased to weekly sessions until I was 13 weeks. I carried on with fortnightly sessions throughout the majority and went back to weekly at 37 weeks. I was v lucky in that my therapist was an ex midwife so double the benefit. May all be coincidental or the power of positive thinking. All I know is that for me it worked. I'm happy to answer any further questions.

Congrats.

I've been having acu on and off for almost 2 years of ttc now. I have found it has made my cycles very regular and my periods less painful, but it didn't help me to a BFP. It definitely did something though, despite my scepticism.
