Who's up for? What date? Where to go?

Saturday's are: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th.

18th suits me best and my birthday is the 20th and I want to get drunk

Fantastic :)

What was the restaurant like last time MABs? Worth rebooking this time? Or do we need to find another restaurant? IIRC that had veggie and gluten free stuff available?

I'm happy to book in my name again (assuming that I don't drop out last minute again!) But I'm shite at rounding up everybody so would need people diverted here to let me know that they are coming :) Possibly because I can never remember usernames or have everybody on my FB Blush

Ah, the feeling if being rushed :( you'd think they would factor in that big tables stay for a while! We used to at the place I worked in.

Pinnochios might be back up by then, that was a suggestion last time. Or another one.

18th is best for me, Boob has said the 18th is good for her too :)

Enjoy your flight! You'll be back out there again in no time I'm sure ;) Hows DS? Did he enjoy the holiday?

char1eston Always happy for new people to come along :)

I shall add now that we generally don't have kids there, babes in arms are fine but we do tend to get a bit loud and there is wine involved Wink

We usually meet at the restaurant, I made sure that I was one of the first there on my first meet, in fact every meet I've been too! I'm happy to meet a little earlier for a drunk or two though :)

Sounds good. Agree with MABS about Al Duomo where we went last time.
Ground floor would be better, I think Donatello is owned by the same people, in the Lanes just below Brighton Square. Or the Dorset Street Bar on the corner of Gardner St. is great.
Hi Cat, I've been around but invisible mostly!

StickEmUp, I've still got my atrocious cunt badge from September if that would help? Impressive capitalisation in your NN by the way.
Hope you can Sunny Smile

love to see you all, also love The Dorset but my concern would be how long we can sit there in truth. It does get very busy as quite small and pretty noisy. Our last lunch was 4 hours and I just not sure they wouldn't hurry us out after we eaten a bit. But i happy to go there if that was others want, but think possibly with a group somewhere bigger may be a bit easier, but feel free to ignore me!

Love to see you again BBB x

Good point MABS, think you're right. So we need somewhere large and ground floor. I guess a pub would be less likely to want us out quickly, looked at King and Queen but it's very sport/tv orientated.
El Mexicano sounds good but will only take booking for up to 14 on a Saturday which might be OK, and they want £50 deposit refundable from the bill.
Is Donatello big enough, I can't remember?
