I seem to remember there are a few mumsnetters in East London, it would be nice to meet some of you. (am feeling jealous with all the other London meet-ups!)
Anyone interested?

No-one really? I'm trying not to take this personally but...

Ooooh, I'm up for an East London meet up. Where are you, Mammya? I'm in Hackney (London Fields) with an 18 month old ds. I work Thursdays, Fridays & alternate Tuesdays, but am pretty much free apart from that. We're going on holiday on 6th Sept for 2 weeks though. So yes, go ahead & organise something! Hope you feel better that at least 1 person has replied now....

I'm in E1 with an 21 month old and 4 year old and would certainly be interested. No. 3 due on the 26th September so I would prefer it to be before then.

I think we should definitely do something.... With or without kids? Errr, we could go to the city farm with kids, or out for dinner without? Any one else got a suggestion?

ooooh, I didn't see there were some replies, how exciting! Is everybody still up for a meet-up?
I'm in E17, Lea Bridge Road. I'd rather have a meeting with the kids to start with, I've got a 2.6 YO dd. The City farm is a good idea, or how about Victoria Park? Picnic?

The farm sounds good but will go with the majority.

The farm is great (and just down the road from me....). They do yummy food including really good stuff for kids & there is much fun to be had chasing chickens (ds, not me ). Please can we do it when we get back from our holiday (20th Sept)?

The 20th September is a Saturday, shall we do it sometime the following week? Would people prefer during the week or at the week-end?

That would be great. Monday would be best for us, but we could make Tues or Weds at a push. During the week is better I think, unless you want a sulky DP too.

The farm would suit me. My baby is due on the 26th but assuming it doesn't arrive early, the start of the week should be fine. DS will be at school then so I will just have DD (21 months) with me.

It seems that Monday would be OK for most people, fine for me too, should we make it Monday 22 September at the City Farm in Hackney then? So then, what time?
