Low-carb diets

aching legs..is this normal?

I've woken up today with really really aching legs almost painful at points.
Is this normal 3 days in low carbing? I've had the tiredness etc yesterday and that is better today.

ive practically drowned myself with drinking water today and had fish at lunch and dinner.
Please tell me it will be better tomorrow!

Could be cramps from not enough salt - try adding in a broth drink made from a stock cube once a day

Carb flu! You need salt, as whatdoesittake says. Cook with it and add it to your food. Also, things like salmon, spinach, avocado and full fat natural yoghurt will keep your magnesium and potassium levels up.

But it will pass soon.
