Could you reccomend a good low carb diet book please?

The India knight one is great as is john Briffa's 'Escape the diet trap' which is much more sciencey.

I like The Low GL Diet by Patrick Holford, it does have carbs in the recipes but it's low amounts of complex carbs.

I like the India Knight one. for good recipes try The Low Carb Revolution, but only if you eat meat. Not many recipes for vegetarians.

The Real Meal Revolution by Tim Noakes is fantastic, but you'll need to order it from Amazon.com or have a South African friend who can send it to you.

The Harcombe Diet is mine but it's low carb or low fat - no mixing fats and carbs. I do the low carb version.
