2 weeks. 7lbs gone. Appetite reduced. But I can't run for more than 5 minutse without feeling I am going to die! Just walking upstairs kills me.
I have done this before many times and due to too many nuts, diet drinks and other 'treats' I don't think I was really in ketosis most of the time. And I wasn't running as much as i am (trying to) now so I didn't feel it so badly.
How long ? Please. I am vaguely remembering a time-scale of a few weeks? Is that correct?
