Been eating lc again since Monday. Lost 3 lbs (I think - that was down from the weight I was at when I went to the GP a few weeks before and I didn't weight myself on Monday). But the main thing is I have energy, I feel 'lighter'. Now normally on LC I feel less energetic at least to start with. I have been bingeing on so much crap low-quality food recently I am jsut wondering if this feeling is a reaction to removing processed carbohydrates and associate junk from my diet.
Any views?
