flaxseed help.

Hi

I want to make some flaxseed muffins from the low carb gourmet book and I am not sure I have the right stuff.

It says in the recipe that you need ground flaxseed (linseed)

The flaxseed I have got is golden omega milled flaxseed

Is this the right stuff? I can't seem to find flaxseed that also says linseed.
