I know there are loads out there like herbalife etc, I'm wondering how good the results are and if I could use any shake?
When I was working out with a personal trainer he recommended smart tec diet fx! I'm thinking about having that twice per day and one main meal.
I wouldn't do it as a long term thing but just to give me a kick start.
Also I tried 5:2 lost 10lbs and have now put 5 lbs back on also weightloss is slow with 5:2. I'm thinking if I could loose say 10lbs with protien shakes and then I could maintain/try to loose weight with 5:2 again then after a month maybe do the protien shakes again and again back to 5:2. I would be happy to use 5:2 long term to maintain my weight but I'm finding it difficult to loose with it at the moment.
I need to loose 19lbs in total but I would be pretty happy with a stone
