That is what I am doing basically. I start the day with Fruit and Fibre, with yogurt instead of milk, and a banana. Lunch is egg/fish/meat with a salad, with mixed beans and dinner is again, some kind of protein and veggies.
I have completely cut out bread, potatoes, rice and pasta. My IBS is loads better, and I feel slimmer (forgot to weigh myself when I started), and my stomach is deffo flatter.
Has anyone else done this or us doing this? I have also cut out sugar.
