What do you eat for breakfast & lunch?

Just wondering what you all eat for breakfast and lunches? Grin

Breakfast is usually egg related, fried with mushrooms and bacon. Or I have a Total Greek yoghurt - full fat, mixed with double cream and a handful of raspberries - yummy! So decadent!

Lunch is always bought from somewhere near work but usually chicken salad, ham salad, miso soup, cheese salad....you can see a pattern!

Eggs and bacon (unless I am doing intermittent fasting in which case none).
Lunch often pork with peppers at the moment, my favourite.
Sometimes salmon omlet with courgette and peppers.
if I am out at a work thing like twice this week then whatever the lunch is there - so I had fish with veg one day and meat with veg and salad the second.
Am also into organic blueberries (quite expensive but lovely) at present with cream after lunch or dinner.

Breakfast for me is, total full fat yoghurt, blob of cream and defrosted frozen berries with trivia (sugar replacement) on top. Quick, easy and available. No time for bacon and eggs in the morning.

hard boiled eggs - quick and easy - two of those and you are pretty full up.

I have this tendancy to cook large batches and eat the left overs for breakfast. I can stomach almost anything in the morning!

No breakfast is also pretty common for me too.

breakfast - muesli
lunch - sometimes bread roll and salary stuff, some times porridge. Some fruit. And something wicked like flapjack.

It would take a nuclear war to stop me having breakfast.

Breakfast full fat yoghurt, nuts and honey or omelette.

Lunch is usually home made veg soup.
