I've found that I really like almond milk, so have replaced my milk with that. Still using cream, cheese, butter and natural yoghurt
I am on day 7 of the Bootcamp plan, and it's going well, but a totally unexpected side effect is that I have not used my blue inhaler in well over 2 days. That is the first time in well over 20 years that it hasn't been used several times. So I guess that must be from cutting out wheat/ grains, as I've had a good bit of dairy.
The things I am finding it tricky to replace - what do you use instead of butter? I hate spreads. Most of the fat that I'm eating is coming from dairy.
Any tips?
